We don't charge patients. Not for using the platform, not for talking to a coordinator, not for the recommendations you get.

This page explains how that works — and why our recommendations aren't shaped by who pays us.

Who pays us, then?

You don't. Not for using the platform, not for talking to a coordinator, not for the recommendations you get.

When you choose a clinic through us, that clinic pays us a partnership fee. You pay the same price as if you'd contacted the clinic directly. Whether the clinic is in your country or abroad, the model is the same.

Comparing clinics, talking to a coordinator, and our support through your treatment — that's free. If you want extras on top (logistics like flights and hotels, help with insurance reimbursement, or a second opinion from one of our specialists), we'll tell you the cost upfront. You decide whether you want it.

Doesn't this create a conflict of interest?

Fair question. If clinics pay us, why would we recommend what's right for you instead of what pays us best?

Start here: every clinic we've researched is in our listing — whether they pay us or not. When a clinic is one of our partners, we say so on its profile. You can always see who pays us and who doesn't.

Beyond that, we operate on three core principles:

No clinic can buy a higher ranking. We don't have premium tiers, paid placements, or sponsored spots. A clinic's position in our recommendations comes from how well it fits your case — not from what it pays us.

We're not dependent on any single clinic. We work with a growing network of clinics across Europe. If any one clinic stopped working with us tomorrow, our business would carry on without noticing. No clinic has leverage over us — and we have no reason to protect any clinic's reputation at your expense.

Our reputation is the only thing we have. Send someone to the wrong clinic and they'll have a bad experience. They'll write about it. They'll tell others. No partnership fee is worth that. The only way we stay in business is by getting your recommendation right.

What if the right clinic for me isn't in your partner network?

We'll send you there anyway.

If we look at your case and decide that the best clinic for you is one we don't work with, we'll tell you. We'll explain why we think it's the right fit. And we'll help you take the next steps — getting in touch with them, preparing your documents, knowing what to ask.

There's one practical difference. With clinics we work with, we have a direct line. We talk to them often, we know their team, and we can sort things out quickly. With clinics outside our network, we don't have that — so some things might take longer, and a few things we just can't arrange directly.

But the recommendation is the same: the right clinic for you, partner or not.

How do we decide which clinics to recommend?

We start with you, not with the clinics.

Before we look at any clinic, we want to understand your case:

  • your diagnosis, your age, and what you've already tried

  • where you'd consider going — at home, or abroad

  • what you can realistically spend, including everything around the treatment itself

  • whether you need things a smaller clinic might not offer (donor cycles, language support, flexible scheduling)

Then we look at the clinics:

  • what their accreditations actually mean — not just what logos they display

  • their success rates, broken down properly by age and outcome — not the headline number

  • what previous patients say about being treated there, not what the clinic says about itself

  • their waiting times and how quickly they respond to new patients

Our coordinators come from healthcare. They've worked in clinics, hospitals, and patient care. They know what good care looks like from the inside, they understand the terminology, and they can explain things to you in plain language.

What they're not is your doctor. They won't diagnose you, prescribe anything, or tell you which treatment to choose. That's the job of the medical team at the clinic. What our coordinators do is make sure you get to the right team — and that you walk in knowing what to expect.

Can I check your recommendations on my own?

Please do.

Ask your coordinator why they recommended a particular clinic. Ask what other clinics they considered, and why those didn't make the cut. Look up the clinic yourself. Read reviews on third-party sites. Call the clinic directly if you want to.

The more you check, the better the decision you'll make.

Ready to talk?

If you'd like to talk to a coordinator, click here and fill out a short form. It takes two minutes. The only thing you're committing to is a conversation.
