Chief Executive Officer

Ján is CEO and founder of Medical Navigator. A software engineer by training, he previously built Casino Guru into one of the largest consumer comparison platforms in its industry – focused on accurate information and user protection over monetization. He also co-founded Simona Biosystems, a research team focused on biomolecular simulations, and Insynaps, an AI consulting firm.

Tomáš Kasala

Chief Operations Officer

Tomáš is a dietitian by training. He has spent years educating people on the prevention of chronic diseases, worked alongside physicians at obesitology and sports medicine clinics in Bratislava, and contributed to telemedicine projects focused on early detection of lifestyle-related diseases. At Medical Navigator, he oversees day-to-day operations and coordinates between the content, research, and coordination teams.

Chief Medical Officer

Tomáš is a dietitian by training. Ján spent over five years leading business development in AI-driven drug discovery, building strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech companies across Europe. He continues to work in the life sciences sector in addition to his role at Medical Navigator, where he leads business development and clinic partnerships.

Scientific Advisor for Fertility

Ingemārs is a senior embryologist at one of the leading IVF clinics in the Baltics, where he has worked for nearly five years. He holds degrees in Psychology, Neuroscience, and Healthcare Administration – the latter completed with highest honors. At Medical Navigator, he advises on fertility-related content and clinic evaluation.

Mgr. Svitlana Popkova

Head of Patient Coordination

Svitlana has spent nearly eight years coordinating patients in medical tourism – at Bookimed, where she handled over 5,000 patient inquiries, and later as a team leader at Clinics on Call. She started her career as a physical therapist in Kyiv and holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Palacký University in Olomouc. She speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Czech.

Content Creator

Juraj has over ten years of experience in audiovisual production and has managed multiple projects in the IT and creative industries. He holds an MBA in Executive Leadership and an MSc in Project Management. At Medical Navigator, he creates and coordinates educational content.
