Mr Swanton graduated from UCL in 1998 and completed postgraduate training in the Oxford Deanery. He has over 10 years' IVF experience in practice and research, with an MD thesis on polycystic ovarian syndrome in IVF patients. His research interests include PCOS, endometriosis, recurrent miscarriage, and fibroids, and he is an expert in advanced laparoscopic surgery with multiple publications in assisted conception and infertility.

Dr Fatima Husain qualified from King's College Hospital Medical School in 1986 and completed postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in London at Queen Charlotte's and St George's hospitals. She received intensive specialist training in infertility and IVF at Guy's Hospital Assisted Conception Unit. With 30 years' experience, she is an NHS Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Heatherwood and Wexham Park hospitals, treating pelvic pain, period problems, and infertility.
